Each day I am available to oversee dynamic management situations, while facilitating engaging, successful contractor scheduling, product design and operational oversight. My 25 years of property management, 20 years of technology and over 20 years as a business founder and owner will certainly come in handy with whatever challenges that come my way.

As we all appreciate, the post pandemic Real Estate Investment World broke all the rules, so I divested of all my properties in the Dallas area, to assemble a portfolio of historic buildings in Eastland Texas (West on Highway 20 middle between Weatherford and Abilene). 

Since February 2020 I completed renovations of 6,250 sq. ft. of Historic Commercial Space, 4 Historic Rental Residences, and a 50-year old, 16 unit apartment community. 

As well as, renewed and repositioned two single family residences, including a 2300 sq. ft. 3 Br. 2.5 bath single family residence with a mother in-law suite, workshop and 21’ extended two car garage; and an 1800 sq. ft. single family home with 3 br., 2.5 Bath with a double car garage.

Resulting from the 2015 divesture of Ellipse Communications, Inc., a website and software development company for the multifamily industry I founded, with Lee O’Conner in 1999. I apply my experience, core principles of property management and real estate development, delivering solid financial return. I spend my time seeking out small under-performing assets, renovating, leasing and divesting once the capital investment is recaptured.
